We guarantee our boot range’s manufacturing for 6 months – see T&C’s

 What happens if I get my measurements wrong?

We advise you get someone to check your measurements as made to measure items are non-refundable – see T&C’s

 What happens if they arrive and they don’t fit but I am confident my measurements are correct?

We consider each matter on an individual basis. Contact us for an assessment and to see if we can find a solution.

How much do you charge for shipping?

At the moment we only ship to the UK, including Guernsey and Jersey. Standard UK shipping is free and takes 14-16 working days as we order each item from Spain. Should we have stock of the item ordered, delivery will be much quicker. See Shipping, return

 Do you pay to return an item?

We are unable to cover return postage at the moment. The cheapest way to return boots are through MyHermes or Collect+, remember to take adequate insurance – see Shipping, returns & exchange

Who pays for exchange postage?

We cover exchange postage costs in the UK up to a limit of £12 through myhermes, see Shipping, returns & exchange

My item is faulty do you pay for it to be collected?

Yes we will arrange a collection as per our terms & conditions, please contact us directly

How long do I have to return an item for a refund?

28 days for a standard stock item returned in unused condition and original packaging. There are different terms for made to measure items – see Shipping, returns & exchange
